Before replacing the carpeting in our home, and, after reading
that Poseidon offered the "best dry carpet cleaning ever", we
decided to give our carpeting one more shot. The results were
unbelievable. Deep dark stains were gone after years of being
hidden by throw rugs. And, we could walk on the carpets as soon
as the technicians left. I have never been this impressed about
any type of cleaning service before. ....JR

"These people hired me to make them a website when I went in for
a job interview. I walked out of their office with a retainer
fee of a $100 to start the work. They even entrusted me with their
CC info so I could secure their hosting. During the interview,
we discussed how communication and honesty were the foundation
for any respectful business. They also wanted me to work for them
at this contractor's show where they were presenting a booth.
As soon as I had a basic one page website up, as promised for
the retainer fee, they simply wouldn't return any of my calls.
Last I heard from them, they were supposed to call me back with
my hours to work for their show. Despite my numerous attempts
to contact them, it was obvious they were ignoring me. I have
tried off and on to get in contact with them for the past month,
but they haven't called me back ONCE.
Their office is in a state of horrid disrepair, I saw this for myself. It is their own loss for not hiring me; I could have done much to improve their company. Essentially they called me a liar, saying I never left them messages, or any call back numbers. This was completely untrue, because I left messages on their company answering machine, cell phone, and other cell phone, all the while, giving them my home and cell phone number. I am simply posting this to let their possible clients be aware of what Unique Enterprises is like before getting involved with them. I have never before encountered such irresponsibility from grown adults.

Horrible - Crest Cleaners - Kentlands, Gaithersburg - January 2005
One time coat was returned
uncleaned. When confronted about it, the clerk walked away!
Another time, asked manager
for coupons which were on the web site. Manager said wasn't his fault I
couldn't afford a printer and laughed me out of the store in front of other
customers.
Nasty people, poor quality.

I was
at this store trying to pay for some items that would amount to over $400 and
the checker totally ignored me for over 10 minutes. Then when she finally
acknowledged that I was there, she then started speaking to a co-worker in her
language and they both ignored me. After waiting for over 20 minutes to
checkout I finally told them they were being quite rude and that I would like
to pay for my purchases so I could leave. ...JLP -

Accounting and Tax Services did my tax return for 2004 and I got much more than
I had expected. Everything was done electronically and taxes were filed and
completed in just 2 hours. I got my Fed refund in 6 weeks and my state refund
in four days. I highly recommend Hale Accounting & Tax Services. They get

They were great. I called them for an estimate to powerwash a
client's home. They sent me the proposal in a very timely manner.
The proposal was accepted and within the next three days the job
was scheduled. They will even work in the rain. They are a great
company and I would recommend them for powerwashing, and roof
repairs. They also a good resource for other types of services.

I needed a key made for a lock on a 90 year oldgumball machine.
It was accomplished in 20 minutes. Since I could never find the
original key, I was unable to use the machine for the last 10
years. It now sits on a shelf at my office and is regularly used
by clients, coworkers and myself. H & H Lockis a great business.

I just moved to the area, and had
the expensive timing belt service performed on my car. Even though I didn't
purchase my car from them, they gave me a brand new TSX loaner car for the
duration of the visit, and afterwards, the amount charged was almost $100 LESS
than originally quoted. Top notch service at this dealership; way better than I
have received from either Lexus or BMW (of which I have owned both). It's too
bad their sales department is so slimy. In any case, ask for Andy, he will take
care of you. ...OK
