Chef Bryan is offering recreational cooking classes in Gaithersburg, Montgomery County, Maryland that focus on proper technique and seasonal ingredients. We offer classes in Asian cooking, French and Italian cooking, summer cooking camp for kids and teens, and a wide variety of classes to teach you how to cook virtually every food on earth. All classes are hands-on, so students truly learn through participation in our professional kitchen. We have daytime classes, weekend classes and evening cooking classes to suit every schedule, and most recreational cooking classes last from two to three hours.

Private cooking classes can be held in your home kitchen or at Chef Bryan’s Kitchen.

Depending on your preferences and willingness of your guests, the cooking classes can be strictly demonstration to full participation. We will help you plan the menu, shop for the freshest ingredients and, most importantly, Chef Bryan will create a fun atmosphere of learning and socializing. At the end of the cooking class we will serve your meal as if you had just ordered in the finest restaurant. At your home we will bring all the necessary equipment for your menu and leave your kitchen sparkling clean. For private cooking classes at our premises in the Kentlands our warm and inviting kitchen will make you feel like you are at home and our dining room table will give you a comfortable place to relax and eat your culinary creations.
